Stephen Roper is Professor of Enterprise at Warwick
Business School
and a director of InnovationLab Ireland Ltd. Stephen has worked extensively
with public sector organizations in the UK
and Ireland
on policy development and performance measurement, particularly in the area
of small firms and innovation. He has published widely in both areas. Prior
to moving to Warwick in January 2008, Stephen
was Professor at Aston
Business School.
Previously, Stephen was Assistant Director of the Northern Ireland Economic

Nola Hewitt-Dundas is First Trust Bank and Invest
NI Senior Lecturer in Innovation, Queen's University of Belfast, and a
Director of InnovationLab (Ireland) Ltd. Nola has worked extensively with
business executives, practitioner and policy makers on a range of regional
economic issues. More recently she acted as an international consultant to
the World Bank on the evaluation of public sector programmes to support
small and medium sized enterprises. Prior to joining Queen’s University
Nola was Research Officer at the Northern Ireland Economic Research Centre.
